JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order as contained in Memo No. 716 dated 28.07.2011 passed by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Kishanganj, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
Patna High Court CWJC No.14729 of 2011 (3) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. It has further been pointed out that the petitioner was granted interim stay vide order dated 13.09.2011. The petitioner will be at liberty to file separate application for grant of any interim relief, if so advised, before the State Appellate Authority. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present application stands disposed of.
