JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khirimore P.S.Case No. 28 of 2015 instituted under Sections 304 (B), 120 (B), 201/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of killing the daughter of the informant for non fulfilment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the peittioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. He is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58631 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Randheer Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Khirimore P.S.Case No. 28 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
