Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2033 of 2015 lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 417, 467, 468 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he committed theft of the document of the informant from his house and also abused and threatened the informant by saying that he will sell all the lands to the Gunda elements.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that both the petitioner and informant are brothers and he has falsely

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2033 of 2015, subject to the conditions under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
