Petitioners are accused in connection with G.O. 22 of 2019 for the offences punishable under section 301(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The alleged recovery of 51 liters of Nepali Saufi has been recovered from the joint possession of these petitioners. Further submission is that petitioners are in custody since 15.03.2019, having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.24088 of 2019(2) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J. II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamrhi in connection with G.O. 22/19.
