JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 The petitioner was appointed in the year 2006 as a Panchayat Teacher. Subsequently, the post was declared to be reserved for physically handicapped person, after the appointment of the petitioner. The petitioner has served for five years. The order under challenge is the order dated 03.08.2011 passed by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Tribunal, Madhubani. The petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the
