JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-12-2017 Heard counsels for the petitioner and the State. The writ petition has been filed seeking direction upon the respondent no. 2 to dispose off the Miscellaneous Case No. 52 of 2010-11/112/2013-14 filed by the petitioner which is said to be pending since long.
No counter affidavit has been filed today disputing the aforesaid assertion made by the petitioner.
Since the prayer made in the writ petition is only for
Patna High Court CWJC No.11237 of 2014 dt.06-12-2017 2/2 disposal of the said miscellaneous case, the instant writ petition may be disposed off with direction upon the respondent no. 2 that in case the said Miscellaneous case has not been disposed off, the same may be disposed off expeditiously and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from today.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed off.
