The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in connection with Sare P.S. case no. 73 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he had assaulted the informant by butt of the rifle. There is a case, counter case and civil suit are going on between the parties from before.
