The present case has come on the list at the instance of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 05.11.2020 to the extent that in paragraph nos. 2 & 7 inadvertently Katra P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018 has been typed instead of Kajra P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the bail application P.S. Case No. has correctly been typed. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, let the order dated 05.11.2020 be modified to the extent that in paragraph nos. 2 & 7 instead of Katra P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018, Kajra P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018 may be read.
