That this is an application praying for issuance of an appropriate writ order and/ or direction to the respondents to refrain the private respondent from forcefully entering into and constructing boundary wall and Rasta in the land of the petitioner which has been allotted initially in the share of the father of petitioner and subsequently amongst own family to the share of petitioner by way of family partition, and, further, for demolishing of the newly constructed

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 3 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
