Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 14.02.2017, at paragraph no. 2, instead of 'Industrial Area, Pandaul', it has been typed as 'Industrial Area, Darbhanga'.

Having considered the matter, the Court finds the contention to be correct.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5449 of 2010 (4) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 Accordingly, the reference to 'Industrial Area, Darbhanga' in order dated 14.02.2017 at paragraph no. 2 be read as 'Industrial Area, Pandaul'.

The order dated 14.02.2017 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
