1. No one appears on behalf of petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents is present.

2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief/s:- "1) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to grant the benefit of third Assured Career Progression with effect from 01.01.2009 to the petitioner in view of the Modified Assured Career Progression Rules, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as MACP Rules, 2010) on the ground that the petitioner had already completed 30 years of service on 01.01.2009.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18107 of 2015(3) dt.16-02-2024 2/2 II) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to revise the salary and pensionary benefits of the petitioner accordingly and pay it with interest at the penal rate as the petitioner has been victimized for his genuine grievance since long.

III) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs,order /orders, direction/directions for which the writ petitioner is found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."
