The application seeks modification in the order dated 16.08.2016 by extending the period for his surrender and furnishing bail bond.

For the reasons stated in the application and the submissions made in support thereof, the application is allowed. The time granted under order dated 16.08.2016 is extended to 19th of November, 2016 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 500/- (five hundred) with the District Legal Services Authority of the concerned District and produce the same along with the bail bond.
