JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Palasi P. S. Case No. 324 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354-B, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he had assaulted with iron rod on the head of the husband of the informant causing grievous injury, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
