The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manasi P.S. Case No. 259 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to malafide and malicious intention of the informant. Further submission is that the present case, first information report is lodged after lapse of two months of the alleged occurrence.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in
