JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 337, 379, 307, 343 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the petitioner that he assaulted the father of the informant with spade on his head. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury has been found to be of marginal size, simple in nature and there is counter version of the occurrence also. Moreover the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. A statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53594 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 Sasaram.
