Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 247 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during pendency of this application and, therefore, this application has become incructuous. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
