JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceedings. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 18.01.2021, are persons with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and the petitioners are lady.

The allegation of assault causing death to the mother

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35318 of 2021(4) dt.24-01-2022 2/2 of the informant is against Suresh Yadav and Bind Yadav. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been implicated merely because they belong to the family of Suresh Yadav and Bind Yadav, there is no specific allegation alleged against the petitioners and thus have been falsely implicated in the present case.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody, are persons with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted and the petitioners are lady, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2021.
