2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of N I Act. 3 . By filing supplementary affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that dispute between the parties have already been compromised and in this regard a compromise petition has also been filed i. e, Annexure - p/1 to the bail petition .

4. Learned counsel for the State does not controvert the contention made on behalf of these petitioners.

Considering the fact that compromise has already been made between the parties and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate , Saran in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 97 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
