JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER -------------- 09-03-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the parties, though their names are printed in the daily cause list. From perusal of the office note dated 02.03.2015 it appears that the present writ petition stood rejected as against the respondent no.1, the main contesting party, on account of noncompliance of the court's order dated 03.12.2014. This matter was listed on 3rd March, 2015 under the same heading. On that day also, none had appeared on behalf of the parties, yet by oral order passed by this Court, the matter was

Patna High Court CWJC No.13854 of 2010 (6) dt.09-03-2015 2/2 simply passed over. As noticed above, today also none is appearing on behalf of the parties.

In above view of the matter as also in view of the fact that the writ petition stood dismissed as against the respondent no.1, the main contesting party, this Court is of the opinion that the present writ petition appears to have become incompetent and cannot proceed further.
