This writ petition has been filed for commanding the respondents to give the seniority scale from 01.12.1980 instead of 19.05.1988, as has been given to the junior to the petitioner and to pay the fresh arrears of retiral benefits w.e.f. 01.12.1980 with statutory interest permissible under law within a prescribed period fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this connection, petitioner has filed several applications before the concerned authority, but till date, no order has been communicated to the petitioner on his application(s).

4. Considering the nature of grievance, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application before the concerned respondent i.e. Respondent no. 4/District Program Officer, Establishment, Muzaffarpur within a period of eight weeks from today.

5. If such application is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent(s) shall examine the same and pass speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law.

6. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
