The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is widow mother-in-law of the victim Sabita Devi. Husband of this petitioner died on 01.08.2016 and his last rites were yet to be performed. In the meantime, on 08.08.2016, there is allegation that Sabita Devi was done to death for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

Considering the aforesaid facts specially the fact that the petitioner is a widow, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be

No.49839 of 2016 (3) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chapra/Successor Court in connection with Marhowrah Police Station Case No. 382 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
