JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-05-2019 Though, the case has been listed with office notes, pointing out certain defects, considering the nature of dispute involved, ignoring the said defects, I have proceeded to dispose of the writ application, after hearing the learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners seek setting aside the compromise between the parties of Cr. Revision No. 1309 of 1974. It appears that the terms of the compromise were brought on record and

The relief, which the petitioners is seeking, cannot be allowed in the aforesaid admitted facts and circumstances of the case.

This writ application does not have any merit. It is accordingly dismissed.
