2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dumra P. S. Case No. 194/2021 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 36, 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, total 2014.44 litres illicit liquor was recovered from different seized vehicles.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of the vehicles in question. Petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2025. Charge-sheet has already been framed.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Excise Court No. I, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P. S. Case No. 194/2021.
