JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of an appropriate writ / writs, order/orders, direction/directions commanding the respondents concerned to make payment of the salary of the petitioner from 1st January 2002 to till date with all consequential benefits, which in a very illegal, and arbitrary manner have not been paid to him inspite of the fact that he continuously did his duties and served the department with best of his abilities and sincerity.

(ii). For issuance of an appropriate order /

Patna High Court CWJC No.23128 of 2013(2) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 orders directing the respondents concerned to pay arrears of annual increments in the salary with D.A. etc. with effect from January, 2002, which is due, within a time bond."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that most of the outstanding amount of salary has already stood paid, however, meagre amount is outstanding, for which the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the respondent authorities. Liberty, so sought, is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off.
