JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2017 The petitioner is the wife of Opposite Party No. 2. She seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 in connection with C. R. No. 63 of 2014 (T. R. No. 656 of 2016), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/498A/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

What I notice from the materials on record that there is matrimonial discord between the petitioner and the Opposite Party No. 2, leading to lodging of the criminal case. The grant of anticipatory bail by the learned Court below, in the facts and circumstances of the case, cannot be said to be unjustified.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4742 of 2017(4) dt.08-08-2017 2/2 I do not find any substantial material to show misuse of privilege of bail.

I do not find any merit in this application. This application is accordingly dismissed.
