Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015, G.R.No. 437 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 357/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be local mechanic and allegedly he created hurdle in supply of electric energy by breaking down electric feeder Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of
