2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 68/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of participating in the kidnapping and killing of the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 28.03.2018 i.e. she is in jail for more than six years and trial has not concluded and she has clean antecedent.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-V, Gaya/ concerned court in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 68/2017.

5. The petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
