JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20,21 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

It is alleged that three kilograms of ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has been made from the joint family house and Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53145 of 2015 (2) dt.23-11-2015 2/2 Special Judge, NDPS, Lakhisarai .
