The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 8 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that allegations levelled are general and omnibus. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides sustained injuries. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the informant submits that similarly situated co-accused person have been granted regular bail by this Court, and as such, the present petitioner does

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 8 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
