JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of letter dated 13.2.2008 issued by the District Superintendent of Education cum District Programme Co-ordinator cancelling his contractual appointment.

The petitioner is Assistant Engineer, Mechanical and was appointed as technical supervisor under Bihar Shiksha Pariyojana on honorarium. He submits that he was not paid honorarium for which letters have been issued by different authorities for due payment of his honorarium. Furthermore, case of the petitioner is that contractual appointment has been terminated without issuing show cause.

The writ petition is disposed of with the following

Patna High Court CWJC No.10961 of 2008 (3) dt.05-01-2016 observations:- The petitioner would be at liberty to file a detailed representation before respondents with respect to the payment of due honorarium which would be duly considered and paid forthwith, if any, within a period of three months of the date of receipt of this order.

It will be open for the petitioner to represent against his termination before the Collector, Darbhanga who would duly consider the matter.
