Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S.Case No. 247 of 2019 for the offence under Section 413, 414/34 the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle. He further submits that petitioner is innocent and absolutely there is no material to implicate the petitioner in the present case. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory

No.23444 of 2020(2) dt.13-10-2020 2/2 bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Turkauliya(Raghunathpur) P.S.Case No.247 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioner shall deposit Rs.25,000/- cash in the court below and the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the petitioner shall abide by the final outcome of the pending criminal case.
