Having regard to the fact that the petitioners seek a direction for their appointment as a Constable in view of Advertisement No.1/2004 which aspect has already been gone into by this Court in its earlier judgment dated 29.4.2013 in C.W.J.C. No.126/2013, this application is also disposed of in the same terms as was held in C.W.J.C.No. 126/2013 but it is made clear that now if the matter has acquired finality in view of time limit fixed by this Court, there would be no occasion for the respondents to reopen the whole matter at the instance of the petitioners.
