The petitioners seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Piprakothi P.S.Case No.21 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 448, 380, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have already been granted police bail, the present application for pre-arrest bail on their behalf is not maintainable. Accordingly, the same is disposed of as not maintainable.
