In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 504 of 2016 for the offences punishable under sections 120 (B), 420 and 406 of the I.P.C.
Allegedly, the petitioner and other co-accused formed a Sahayogata Trust Committee in the year 2012 and the petitioner and other two co-accused became the Chairman of separate committee which belongs to 10 members and each member has to pay two lacs and every month the said money increased and the persons, who has lowest call the money is given. The said committee was smoothly functioned till April, 2014, but later on all the aforesaid three accused including the petitioner fled away
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49376 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 with ten crores.
Submission is of false implication and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the case has been compromised between the petitioner and the informant and the compromise petition has been filed in the court of the Sub. Judge1st -Cum- A.C.J.M-I, Jehanabad, there was altercation for interest between the petitioner and the informant but now the matter has been settled and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration.
The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that the case has been compromised.
In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner, in case of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Jehanabad in connection with the aforementioned case, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
