Petitioner is accused in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 68 of 2017 registered under Sections 398, 307 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Further he submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, he has been made accused in the case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of
