Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

A carbine was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner without any cartridge. Petitioner has got a long list of criminal antecedent, however, he is in custody since 05.07.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete and there is no material to suggest that the petitioner in the event of release would tamper with the evidence.

Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28119 of 2020(3) dt.27-11-2020 2/2 Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jehanabad Police Station Case No.512 of 2019 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
