The petitioner has moved the Court for quashing of order contained in Memo No. 1321 dated 23.07.2007, issued by the respondent no. 4, by which the Managing Committee of Bharti Arya High School, Jamalpur has been directed to consider the appointment of the petitioner since 1997 and further for a direction to the Managing Committee of the school for approval of his appointment with effect from 18.05.1987.

In view of the dispute relating to functioning of a
