JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 363 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 325, 379, 504, 506, 386 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of repeated blow is against co-accused and not against this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2020. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2020, the Court below is directed to release the petitioner on bail after completion of nine months in custody i.e. after 02.12.2020 on appropriate satisfaction and terms and conditions.
