JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 9.5.2008 passed by the District Magistrate, Jehanabad terminating her selection as Aanganbari Sevika.

Learned State counsel referring to Annexure-A to the counter affidavit submits that pursuant to the order of the District Magistrate, Jehanabad a fresh selection was held in which the petitioner also participated but was not selected. The candidate having higher marks than the petitioner was selected on 9.8.2008. The petitioner has not filed any Interlocutory Application challenging the said selection. The petitioner, if aggrieved by the said selection, may challenge the same before an appropriate forum.

With the aforesaid liberty, this writ application is disposed of.
