Anuradha Singh, learned SC-21 for the State and Mr. Apurv Harsh, learned counsel for the State Bank of India.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation for grant of reliefs as claimed in the present writ petition.

3. The Collector cum District Magistrate, Saran at

Patna High Court CWJC No.6633 of 2023 dt.17-08-2023 2/2 Chapra - respondent no.3 is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner on the basis of government circulars as well as law laid down by the Apex Court with respect to the entitlement of the petitioner who has claimed himself to be second wife of the deceased employee. The representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of within a period of six weeks in accordance with law. If required, he may also notice the other legal heirs of the deceased employee being his biological sons and daughters in equal share within the aforesaid period.
