2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner assaulted husband of the informant with iron rod and took out Rs.1500/- cash from his pocket.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 7.2.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
