The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have thrown the hot sand on the face of the informant and her husband when they approached her to make complain against falling their milk by her son.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. The petitioner is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. The doctor has not found any burn injury on the face of the informant rather one bruise on the face

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26606 of 2019(3) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 of Gorakh Shah and pain on the right face of the informant. Both the injuries have been found simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 349 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) Trivedi/- U T
