2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted brother of the informant with Sword. Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on

No.31895 of 2024(3) dt.11-07-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sikrahana, Motihari (East Champaran) in connection with Chiraiya P.S.
