Mr. Sudhir Kumar Singh, learned Assisting Counsel to Government Advocate No.4 appears and submits that the impugned order of termination of petitioner was on ground that the certificate submitted by her was found to be forged.

Learned State Counsel in reference to a letter of the Child Development Project Officer, Goh in the district of Aurangabad dated 3.8.2007 present at Annexure 'C' to the counter affidavit submits that a letter of the Headmaster of the Government High School, Pathraur in the district of Aurangabad is enclosed along with and in which it is informed that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9867 of 2008 (4) dt.18-07-2016 transfer certificate submitted by the petitioner was not issued by the said school and that the name of the petitioner did not find mention in the Admission Register. In other words, the document submitted by the petitioner was found to be forged. He submits that a copy of this counter affidavit was served on the counsel for the petitioner as back as on 12.10.2009 but the statement made therein has not been contested. Having heard learned counsel for the State and considering that the termination of the petitioner from the post of Anganbari Sahayika, Anganbari Centre, Gamhari in the district of Aurangabad rests on forged document, no cause for indulgence is made out and the writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
