2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 342, 504, 323, 506, 386, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with others on gun point snatched Rs. 5 lacs from the informant.

4. Having considered the nature of the accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
