2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is said to have misappropriated Rs. 6,26,348/- which was collected from several members of the Finance Company.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner is the field staff of the Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited and he only has the responsibility to demand the due amount of the member and after receiving it, the same has been deposited to the B.C.M. and G.M. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the some of the witnesses have supported the prosecution case.

6. Considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 310 of 2023.
