The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014 registered under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that Marni Devi, daughter-in-law of the informant is also daughter of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and sister of petitioner no. 3 in relation. The marriage of Marni Devi was performed with son of the informant but she fallen in love with Ranjeet Ram and started to live with him but with ulterior motive the petitioners have falsely been implicated by the informant. It is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53311 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 further submitted that informant has filed compromise petition in the trial court on 16.08.2016.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of each weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
