Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is ready to refund the amount withdrawn by him in the capacity of Chairman of PACS. Petitioner is in custody since last 11 months.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail for six months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27492 of 2019(4) dt.12-06-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Raniganj Police Station Case No.227 of 2015, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. The provisional bail shall be confirmed by the court below, only after compliance of the undertaking by the petitioner.

If the petitioner would fail to deposit the amount within the aforesaid period, the petitioner would surrender and pray for regular bail.
