The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chhapra Mufassil P.S. Case No.94 of 2017 registered under Sections 342, 326(A), 307 and 34 of I.P.C.
Allegation of the informant is that he had only three daughters out of whom one Renu Kumari is left to be married for whom he was in search of a machable boy. In the meantime, his wife Prabhawati Devi and the daughter Renu Kumari asked him to get all the property mutated in their name. The informant told them that till his life he will not transfer the land in their name but

In spite of that his wife and the daughter Renu Kumari put the informant down to the earth and poured acid on his face causing his burn injury. But with the help of villagers he was rushed to the Sadar hospital where treatment was going on. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are the wife and the unmarried daughter of the informant. In fact, due to bad habit he used to sell the ancestral property putting the future at the stake of his wife and unmarried daughter. Apart from this a Partition Suit No.141/16 has been filed by petitioner no.
1 against her father, the informant, which is pending in the court of Sub-Judge-8th, Saran at Chhapra wherein order of status quo has been passed.It has further been submitted that the informant himself tried to sprinkle the liquid on them but due to scuffle the same fell down on his face. Petitioner no.2 also lodged a case bearing Chhapra P.S.Case No.102/17 against the informant and two other villagers.
Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
