Although the petitioner had questioned the decision of the Executive Officer in declaring the no confidence motion moved by the requisitionists in the special meeting held on 29.7.2013 against the respondent No.5 as failed but Mr. Jha learned counsel for the petitioner in view of the circumstances that more than a year had lapsed since such decision was taken, prays for disposal of the writ petition reserving liberty for the petitioner to take recourse to the remedy if so advised as available to her under law.
